A potato chip or crisp is a thin slice of potato that has been deep fried, baked, or air fried until crunchy. They are commonly served as a snack, side dish, or appetizer
Ingredients
1/2 kilo potatoes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
salt to taste
Instructions
1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin pieces using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the potato slices.
3. Fry the potato slices until golden brown and crisp.
4. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle salt over them.
5. Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
