1. Wheat flour (Roasted) - 125 Gram 2. Milk Powder - 125 Gram 3. Sugar Powder - 125 Gram 4. Chocolate powder - 2 Tsp 5. Baking powder - 1 Tsp 6. Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp 7. Ghee/butter - 80 ML 8. Vanilla essence - 8-9 Drops
Easy Healthy eggless atta cake / wheat cake recipe / Whole Wheat Cake Recipe –
Step 1 - Preheat the Pan. Step 2 - Combine together whole wheat flour, Milk Powder, Chocolate powder, Sugar Powder, baking powder, baking soda, Ghee in a bowl and mix just until combined. Step 3 - Add the milk and vanilla essence to the flour mixture and mix well to make a smooth batter. Step 4 - Pour the batter in the greased cake tin and bake it for thirty to forty minutes. Step 5 - Remove from Pan and cool. Slice and serve warm.
